M.B.S.S

(M.B.S.S. – 2011 - 12)

M.B.S.S. functions under the auspices of departments of Microbiology & Biochemistry of the college. At the start of the session all the UG students were registered under M.B.S.S. The society was inaugurated at the hands of Dr. K. Roychaudhury, HoD of Microbiology of the college. Dr. A.H. Ansari ,HoD of Biochemistry presided over the function. Dr.Mrs. R.K. Chahande & Dr. A. R. Roy also grace the occasion by their presence.

Nikhilesh Patil & Ku. Sonali Shinde of B.Sc III & Ku. Anju Sharma & Iftekhar Hussain of B.Sc II were unanimously elected as President, Vice President, Secretary & Joint Secretary of M.B.S.S. respectively.

During the session various activities such as Departmental Students’ Seminar for B.Sc. III & Blood Group Detection Camp were conducted under the banner of M.B.S.S. Nikhilesh Patil have won Ist prize in the Departmental Seminar section while Ku. Dipali Bante & Ku. Sonali Shinde were declared 2 nd & 3 rd prize winners respectively. A Blood Group Detection Camp was organized under the supervision of Dr. A.H. Ansari & Dr.Mrs. S.J. Chahande at Z.P. Middle School, Gram Panchayat, Khairi, Tah. Kamptee in which M.B.S.S. members detected blood groups of nearly 150 school going children free of charge. On the occasion of Sickel Cell Awareness Week, a Sickle Cell Detection through solubility test & Group Discussion was also conducted by Rural Hospital, Kamptee under the banner of M.B.S.S. on 14 th Dec. 2011 through which large numbers of M.B.S.S. members & other students were benefitted.

M.B.S.S. congratulates Nikhilesh Patil, Ku. Dipali Bante & Ku. Sonali Shinde for winning prizes in Departmental Seminar. The society also congratulates Ku. Sonali Shinde who has been honoured with”Best N.S.S. Volunteer Award” during the session.
M.B.S.S. is thankful to the Principal, Vice Principal, other members of teaching staff & all it’s members for their support in conducting various activities of M.B.S.S. during the session.

Namrata Kaur & Ku. Gulfeshan Sadaf of B.Sc III & Ku. Nikita Khade & Shamaeel Raza of B.Sc II were unanimously elected as President, Vice President, Secretary & Joint Secretary of M.B.S.S. respectively.

During the session various activities such as Departmental Students’ Seminar for B.Sc. III & Blood Group Detection Camp were conducted under the banner of M.B.S.S. Ku. Namrata Kaur have won Ist prize in the Departmental Seminar section while Ku. Nikhat Shaheen & Ku. Reema Yadav were declared 2 nd & 3 rd prize winners respectively. A Blood Group Detection Camp was organized under the supervision of Dr. A.H. Ansari at Z.P. Middle School, Gram Panchayat, Yerkheda, Tah. Kamptee in which M.B.S.S. members detected blood groups of nearly 135 school going children free of charge.

M.B.S.S. congratulates Ku. Namrata Kaur for winning the Nemkumar Porwal Gold Medal from the Degree College section, Ist prize in the intercollegiate seminar competition in Chemistery, 2 nd prize in taluka level intercollegiate elocution competition as well as Ist prize in Departmental seminar. The society praises Ku. Nikhat Shaheen & Ku. Reema Yadav for securing 2 nd & 3 rd prizes. The society also congratulates Ku. Archana Bahekar who has been honoured with ”Best N.S.S. Volunteer Award” during the session.

M.B.S.S. is thankful to the Principal, Vice Principal, other members of teaching staff & all it’s members for their support in conducting various activities of M.B.S.S. during the session..

(M.B.S.S. – 2016 - 17)

M.B.S.S. is a students’ unit run by the departments of Microbiology & Biochemistry of the college.

Like every year, the student members shows great enthusiasm for joining & performing under it’s banner.

Ku. Bharti Yadav & Ku. Ankita Meshram of B.Sc III & Ku. Saraswati Dipani & Mr. Vrundesh Kamble of B.Sc II were unanimously elected as President, Vice President, Secretary & Joint Secretary of M.B.S.S. respectively.

During the session various activities such as Departmental Students’ Seminar for B.Sc. III & Excursion tour were conducted under the banner of M.B.S.S. Ku. Bharti Yadav have won I st prize in the Departmental Seminar section while Ku. Ankita Meshram & Ku. Vaishali Ramteke were declared 2 nd & 3 rd prize winners respectively. An Excursion tour was also arranged to Ravanwadi during the session in which a large number of student members of M.B.B.S. participated. All the MBSS students of B.Sc. III participated in “National Level Forensic Expo” organized by Govt. Institute of Forensic Science, Nagpur.

M.B.S.S. congratulates Ku. Bharti Yadav , Ku. Ankita Meshram & Ku. Vaishali Ramteke for winning prizes in Departmental Seminar. The society also congratulates Ku. Bharti Yadav & Ku. Ankita Meshram who has been honoured with “Best N.S.S. Volunteer Award” in the Special Service College camp of N.S.S. respectively during the session. Two MBSS students, Ku. Bharti Yadav & Ku. Yogyashree Kumbhalkar are also part of congratulations for securing consolation prize in the intercollegiate poster competition.
